I have 7 .webloc link files on my Desktop.  When I drag and drop them over a newly created folder in my Bookmars Toolbar, it adds 7 copies of the same link.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag multiple links to desktop to create .webloc files.
2. Create a folder in the bookmarks toolbar.
3. Drag .webloc files to the folder.
Actual Results:  
The same .webloc was added multiple times.

Expected Results:  
A bookmark for each .webloc should have been added.

now I cannot reproduce the issue.
I once confirmed this 2 years ago, but not now, even with older builds.
I cannot drag and drop files to bookmark toolbar on older builds, on OSX 10.11.6,
maybe because of API change?

anyway, this specific case is already fixed by bug 966986.
when I drop multiple webloc files, all of them are correctly added to bookmark.

btw, when I select text (not file) with multiple URLs and drop it to bookmark toolbar, it still creates only one bookmark.
I'll file separated bug for it.
