User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020514 Firefox/3.0b3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020514 Firefox/3.0b3 Closing FireFox while maximized saves the window maximized state, but not location (monitor) Closing FireFox while "restored" (not maximized) remembers the location, but I want it to always open maximized Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get FireFox to open maximized on monitor A 2. Double click the title bar to "Restore" 3. Move FireFox to monitor B 4. Double click the title bar to maximize 5. Close FireFox 6. Re-open FireFox Actual Results: It opens on monitor A Expected Results: It should open on monitor B, or there should be a preference to pick a default start up monitor Everytime FireFox accidentally decides to start on the wrong monitor, I do this: 1. Move FireFox to monitor I want it to start on. 2. "Restore" window so that it is not maximized. 3. Close FireFox to save the monitor preferences 4. Reopen FireFox 5. Maximize FireFox 6. Close FireFox to save the maximized/restore state
