Location bar drop down buttons looks non-native in versions of Windows other than Vista. Actually, I don't know if it _looks_ native in Vista, because I haven't tried it.
Here is a screenshot of how it looks now, and how it should look to be native.
Reproducible: Always

Note that Mozilla Firefox 1.0, and 1.5 did show the expected drop down style.

XP was considered as a first-class citizen. We wanted to make the dropmarker more lightweight, knowing that it won't be native.

It looks non-native, and, IMHO, adds nothing but something new in the location bar.
Linux, with all the recent nativeness changes feels more like a first-class citizen.

Vista also does not look native - it should be blue on hover and have a depressed appearance when active.

We're not going to use a native drop-down button in the location bar.
