In Firefox 3b3 you can not drag and drop any items in the Bookmark Library (Bookmark Manager), you can only drag and drop to reorder items. Also you can not drag and drop any items even to reorder them in the tree list on the left.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks menu
2. Click "Show All Bookmarks..."

1. Press the key combo on your keyboard (Ctrl+Shift+B)
Actual Results:  
The Bookmark Library (Bookmark Manager) window opened.

Expected Results:  
Be able to drag and drop any item to any location of the user's choice.
