CVS Remove the BRANCH ZoneInfo files

Details
The BRANCH zoneInfo files are not being kept up to date, and to get them to current would require a second diff of all those files and a review and a checkin. I think it best to simply CVS REMOVE these files from branch and keep the reference files on TRUNK only (which currently has the most up to date set from bug 410931.
Therefore, I recommend CVS REMOVING all the calendar/libical/zoneinfo files from the MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH.
