/me hates logging of IM conversations =).

I don't think it's a huge rush, I'd rather we think it through. 

Probably worth doing at the same time as we setup the blog, which I don't have a schedule for either.

fligtar: feel free to do it if it's easy.  We'd probably want to support a RSS 0.8 and Atom.  I'm a big fan of full feeds.
