User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b4pre) Gecko/2008021804 Minefield/3.0b4pre Build Identifier: 2008021804 As suggested in bug 404855, I am filing this one. 1. The "Quit without sending" button is unnecessary because its function is implemented by the "Tell Mozilla about this crash so they can fix it" check box. 2. There's no option to send a report without restarting Firefox, and for somebody with 50 tabs open, this option can very desirable for hopefully obvious reasons. There should just be one button on the bottom -- OK. And the "Restart Firefox" button should be turned into a check box. Reproducible: Always
OS: Windows Vista → All
Hardware: PC → All
Version: unspecified → Trunk
This is more bug IMO than enhancement. And, needed by testers. In my case, I simply didn't want to have FF restarted at that particular time. I wanted to send the report, but also preserve my session state until some later time. iirc, I needed to get to a newer nightly before starting it up with my prior sessions intact.
Severity: enhancement → normal
Should have reminded beltzner that this bug existed, but that's ok. We're not going to make it have just one button, so if you don't agree that this is a dupe of bug 421552 because of that, I'm going to WONTFIX the rest.

*** VERIFIED and can be marked as such. I have been following this chain. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030607 Minefield/3.0b5pre -Mike
For the sake of other readers, I believe that "send without restarting" is in 421522, but the design will have two buttons. I guess they are "quit" and "restart", with send determined by the Tell Mozilla box.
Right, sorry, I wasn't very clear there, was I? That bug makes the buttons say "Quit <appname>" / "Restart <appname>".
