Details
Win32(20000060613)
Steps:
1) open mail/news from the button in the browser
2) minimize the mail/news window
3) watch mozilla process go CPU-hog.
4) restore or maximize mail/news (if you can)
5) processor consumption drops to normal
If anyone else sees this, I'd nominate it for dogfood status...would need fixed
before nsbeta2

How can this be fixed? The bug which this is actually a duplicate of is still
open. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40574. I'm going to reopen
and mark a dup of that bug.
