After receiving notice to update Flash Player security. I updated it to 9,0,115,0 version using Flash Player update software. But my Firefox 3b3 and Opera 9.25 started crashing when attempting to watch videos. So I decided to reinstall Flash Player.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Flash Player uninstaller: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
2. After uninstalling, open Firefox 3b3 and try to watch a http://www.youtube.com video.
3. Click on pop-up "Install Missing Plugins". After downloading the plugin you will get the following message:

"Firefox could not install this item because "install-5fj..rdf" (provided by the item) is not well-formed or does not exist. Please contact the author about this problem."
Actual Results:
Does not install Adobe Flash Player 9,0,115,0

Expected Results:
It must install Adobe Flash Player

Attempts to install Adobe Flash Player 9,0,115,0 using Firefox 2 works perfect.

Bug 416396 is against Linux. This bug is against Windows but was duped to 416396. Is that the right thing to do? Should bug 416396 be filed against more than the Linux platform?
