If I'm in print preview mode, then open a link from an external application, the link opens in firefox in a new tab (as it should), but the toolbar from the print preview is still at the top.
Clicking the close button has no effect. You have to go back to the tab with the print preview open in, and then click close there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On an open tab, print preview.
2. Open a link from another application.
Actual Results:  
New tab opens, takes focus but the print preview chrome stays there.

Expected Results:  
Changed back to the normal chrome, or hidden the new tab until print preview was closed.

I just noticed that after reproducing the bug, if you close the tab that opened the print preview  from another tab, the print preview bar remains and cannot be closed unless you restart Firefox.
