Found this while actually investigating a different bug. I opened a debug build of firefox.exe and passed in the above URL as a parameter. After shutdown, the attached log file was generated.

Log that was created after I called firefox.exe with the above mentioned URL as a parameter. I simply let the page open then closed the process with CTRL+W.
