we should get someone to look at this one. this is the 7th most popular extension and one that's not compatible with firefox 3 yet. the owner of the extension has gone AWOL so far, so there might not be much of a chance at trying to get the leak fixed on the extension side.
Other than this leak problem, it sounds like an easy call to just bump the max version number and allow fx3 users to have it updated when they upgrade to fx3.

The leak after switching rendering engine looks like a duplicate of bug 324793. Is the leak after installation fixed in today's nightly?

Hi David, yeah might be, i have attached a new leak log from Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030619 Minefield/3.0b5pre with the steps to reproduce from comment #0

Yes, this is fixed - confirmed also with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030619 Minefield/3.0b5pre
I think this is a duplicate of what is described in comment 4 there (which seems to be what that bug now covers), although not what is described in comment 0.
