MailNews Headers Occupy screen real estate

For those of us that prefer to have View -> Headers -> All on all the time, and
even those that view them normal, the current way in which Mozilla leaves
headers persistent on the screen is highly obstructive. They occupy much too
much valuable screen real estate. I cannot imagine any situation where one would
need to give up screen real estate in order to have the headers visible at all
times. Can we please get headers to remain at the top of a message so that they
can be scrolled along with the message text just like 4.x?
This is a duplicate of another bug for scrolling the header area. I'll find
that bug.
Tied to one of these. Reassign to mscott.

Sorry for the dup, but I didn't see bug 32055 when I do a search for "headers".
In fact, I'm pretty sure after running two queries at default values except
adding "headers" to the summary, that it doesn't come up. That is strange since
the word headers is in the summary of 32055.
