I continue to get an update notice that I should update to Firefox/2.0.0.12. I do the download and the update says it is complete and will be activated when Firefox is restarted, however the update never takes place. When i go to the about Mozilla  Firefox is always lists 2.0.0.11 as the version I have. I have gon through this process several times. I am on an  Intel iMac running 10.5.2.

do you still see this with most recent version of firefox, or FF 3.5 beta?
