To make it easier to run Camino in the Mozilla testing harnesses (see bug 420659), we should support -profile as an alternate to the CAMINO_PROFILE_DIR environment variable.
Note that users of -profile expect that partial paths work, e.g. 
-profile ./mochitesttestingprofile
whereas CAMINO_PROFILE_DIR requires full paths (probably because otherwise it just uses ~/Library/Application Support/$profile for compatibility with the Info.plist key).
Oops, I thought I attached the patch here. Weird.

I guess I'll have to adjust it for that though, which will be a pain.
(By the way, we should just ignore comment 1; we decided that it was yet another artifact of too-tired hacking over the weekend.)
Hopefully bugzilla will take it this time...

This supports absolute paths only, per irc discussion.
