Currently which properties are affected by the "Allow web pages to choose their own colors" pref is an ||-ed chain of == expressions.  This should instead be table-driven.  Boris suggested this in bug 58048 comment 29 / bug 58048 comment 31 and I described what needs to happen in more detail in bug 419167 comment 18 and bug 419167 comment 21.
