It had issues of its own with alignment, but the intent seems to be to left-align the header with its siblings...

Ah, I see - fixed in r11105 along with some other navigation issues.

Verified FIXED using:

Firefox 2/3, Opera 9.26, Internet Explorer 6 (XP SP 2), Internet Explorer 7, Safari 3.04.
