User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071128 Camino/1.5.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071128 Camino/1.5.4 camino froze (several times) leading to me force quiting the application. when I turn my computer on this morning to use it my bookmarks are all gone. My search history is still there, but all my bookmarks are gone. I was downloading from eopen microsoft. I had to use Firefox because they do not support camino. I had camino open at the same time. The download stopped and then the camino (and firefox section closed). Every time that I restored the sessions in both browsers the same problem happened and now I have no bookmarks in camino. Is there anyway to get them back or do I have to start over. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Is there anything in your Console log from around the time this happened? There *should* be a bookmarks.plist.bak file in ~/Library/Application Support/Camino/ that contains your bookmarks as well; you could try removing the ".bak" extension from a *copy* of that file and see if renaming it to "bookmarks.plist" will get you your bookmarks back. cl
