Build 2000060908, Linux 2.2.14 i686, RedHat 6.1

If a page has an image whose source host name can't be resolved, the page
will only partially render. If I disabled image loading, the page would render
fine.

The URL I was going to use as an example had problem with its DNS, but that's
been fixed, so I unfortuneatly have no example to give.
help us set up a reliably reproducible case. thx.

I'm going to add this to our Necko QA DNS testcases, but it sounds like this
would be more of docshell/layout error handling problem...
