Details

When a block is given the position:fixed and width:100% properties, it overlaps the scrollbar on the right, making it difficult for the user to scroll. Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 04/11/2000, build 2000060820 (win32), tested on windows 98 Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: Netscape 6 PR1, win32
