Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch chatzilla
2./attach dalnet
3.Wait...

Actual Results:  Chatzilla tries to connect to irc.dalnet.org,
which doesn't seem to be an actual dalnet server.

Expected Results:  Chatzilla should connect to irc.dal.net

Line 178 of static.js (chrome/packages/chatzilla/chatzilla/content/) contains
the server information for dalnet.
