Details

(Whiteboard: [FFT3.5])

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008031004 Minefield/3.0b5pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008031004 Minefield/3.0b5pre The Subscribe to This Page menu/menuitem is not updated, when you'r going back and forward from/to a website which provide some web feeds. But it does, if you switched to another tab and then back again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. visit a website without feeds like www.google.com 2. visit a website with feeds like www.mozilla.org -> "Subscribe to This Page" active 3. go back to the previous page -> "Subscribe to This Page" disabled 4. go forward again to the page with the feeds Actual Results: "Subscribe to This Page" remains disabled (as if there were no feeds) Expected Results: "Subscribe to This Page" active and updated correctly
tried your STR, cannot reproduce... could this be due to my latest patch that have changed the Open All In Tabs behaviour (previously there was a throw in this popup since the code was trying to insert that bogus option when it's not needed). could you retry with actual nightly? WFM: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008031109 Minefield/3.0b5pre

It seems like some thing of timing problem or so. If I wait longer before going forward/back to the page with the feeds, the subscribe menu is active. But not if I switch faster between the sites.

i still cannot reproduce on Win... Mac only?
Personally I cannot reproduce it on Windows right now. But the reporter has created this bug against Windows. So I think this should be x-platform. The steps are not easy all the way so here is a screencast of a possible way to reproduce: http://screencast.com/t/PwuhUDvHl
I have retested this bug on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090904 Shiretoko/3.5.4pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) I cannot reproduce this issue. The "Subscribe to this page" is never active on either of the two mentioned web pages.
Tested this bug on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091016 Firefox/3.5.4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729). Reproducible: Always After hitting the back or forward button; "Subscribe to this page" remains disabled. The page needs a refresh to enable it.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:2.0b7) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b7 confirming this bug
