Insert/HTML Source disables menu items on the File and Insert menus if it is the
first action after opening Composer. The problem does not occur if text is typed
before inserting HTML source.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a page, or open a new blank page to edit.
2. Insert/HTML Source
3. Type some text into the dialog.
4. Click OK.
Actual Results: All insert and file menu items are grayed out, except File/New
Blank Page, File/New >, File/Recent.
Expected Results: No change to insert menu items. Some file menu items enabled,
e.g. File/Save.
