422706 - actionmonkey freezing during twinopen.

Description

From my talos actionmonkey testers I see the browser successfully complete tjss, then they fail out on twinopen (this test was called txul in the old testing framework).  The following errors are reported by the browser:

*** Failed to get string tabs.untitled in bundle: chrome://browser/locale/tabbrowser.properties
*** Failed to get string tabs.close in bundle: chrome://browser/locale/tabbrowser.properties

The browser freezes up and the test ends up timing out.

This seems to be about actionmonkey, not mozilla-central.  Getting testing on mozilla-central is in the critical path for getting the tree open; getting testing working on actionmonkey is not.

this is probably due to bug 425811 which Jason has analyzed.

This might be due to bug 426996, which causes strings to behave in a carefree, goofy way.  Once that's fixed, I'll ask you to reproduce.

Twinopen is no longer freezing and I'm seeing linux talos actionmonkey boxes complete the full talos test run on MozillaTest.
