using build from 6/12 on win98: 1. open Composer 2. enter text 3. insert hr 4. select table insert from toolbar, select Advanced Edit -- app crashed no talkback report

Doesn't happen in my build because Table dialog is in development -- this will probably go away when work for 20973 is finished. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 20973 ***
