- "advanced projects" should link to http://labs.mozilla.com/

1) Is "the Mozilla Labs" correct?  Seems obtuse, to me.
2) IE 6/7 aren't displaying the right navigation menu

Missing menu fixed in r11504 (should fix for all pages).

Links/text changes fixed in r11505.

I wondered if the link should be on the words "Mozilla Labs" instead of "advanced projects"?

Suggesting:

See the advanced projects being developed at _Mozilla Labs_.

rather than:

See the _advanced projects_ being developed at Mozilla Labs.

Marking as fixed anyhow.

Well, we linkified "open source software projects", which is a noun, so seems fitting that we'd be consistent and linkify the "advanced projects", also a noun.

The bug to link the logos is bug 424736, so I think we're OK here.

Verified FIXED; let's file specific spin-off bugs instead of reopening this one.
