Changing Values in migrated "Scripts & Plugins" Pref-Pane will not work. 

After changing some Settings via Checkbox, the new Values were not changed after Restart SeaMonkey. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new (migrated) Preferences-Pane "Scripts & Plugins"
2. Change some Settings (Check/Uncheck some Boxes)
3. Restart SeaMonkey
Actual Results:  
Previous Values are not changed.

Expected Results:  
User Settings should change Values for allowed Scripts.

Regression from Patch for Bug 419865.

The problem here is that <preference> elements expect events (typically command events, which are easy to generate) when the user interacts with the UI.

There aren't many checkbox listitems in the tree (none in Firefox), and nobody seems to listen to command events or indeed any sort of event on them.
