If Firefox crashes when I'm quitting the application then the crash reporter should give me the option to "quit and send report". At present it only gives the option to "quit" and to "send report and restart Firefox", neither of which is applicable in this situation.

Steps to Reproduce:
Happens every time Firefox crashes while quitting, but that's not all of the time!

This is a duplicate of bug 421552, it's possible to quit and send a report in a current nightly.
