The stylesheet for freshmeat.net doesn't seem to be getting applied - this was
working a few days ago.

Same problem on the Mac... I also confirm that it is a regression introduced in
the last week.
However the problem is not with the stylesheet not loading (the stylesheet is
applied: look at the links) but with tables. What I'm seeing is that all the
tables are displayed at the right hand side of the page, all in a single column.
It seems serious enough. Reassigned to HTML Tables.

This looks like the dtd problem that broke every other site out there with a
DOCTYPE declaration. Duping in favor of 42388.
