This is not build config. To make Lightning work with seamonkey, more is needed than a couple of Makefile and tinderbox changes.
Also, this is not a matter of just creating a patch to take care of everything. We have an extra component for seamonkey integration that will accept bugs to specific problems regarding integration, please search there before filing bugs.
