42379 - Location bar won't accept keyboard input after page loads

Linux build 2000061220 (M17).  After typing a valid URL in the location bar and
loading a page, the location bar will not accept any keyboard input.  This is
true even if you manually refocus the location bar using the pointer.  To get
the location bar to grab the keyboard again, you need to click on the page once,
and then click on the location bar.  100% reproducable:

1) Start mozilla
2) Focus location bar, type "www.yahoo.com", press enter.
3) Focus location bar and type
4) Click on the page area
5) Focus location bar and type

This bug does not happen if the page cannot be loaded.  Try typing
"foobarbazbarfoo" in the location bar.
