Leopard introduced a new folder named "Downloads" in each user's account. For newly created Firefox profiles, it makes then much more sense now to default the "Save files to..." location of Firefox downloads to this folder, instead of the Desktop folder. Safari does it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Delete all Firefox profiles, and start Firefox. A new profile is created.
- Go to Preferences > Main > Downloads
Actual Results:  
The default location to save downloaded files is the Desktop folder.

Expected Results:  
The default location to save downloaded files is the Downloads folder.
