Details

Currently printing is not working from any of the compose message windows( new, 
reply, forward). Print however has been enabled in the Editor so we have to 
change the existing code to reflect this.
As for Communicator 4.x, print a message compose print only the body. We should be able to get this feature for free 
as editor already support printing.
