Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: File a bug in bugzilla. Actual Results: There's only a "Submit Bug Report" button below the page. Expected Results: There should be a "Preview Bug Report" button. A preview lets you see how the bug report will look like when submitted, and allows you to make necessary change if you don't like how it appears.
