In my company is used authenticated proxy server (squid) between our local network and internet. We couldn't send crash informations using Quality Feedback Agent because there isn't options to configure the proxy authentication, like username and password, then the program can't autenticate on proxy and couldn't connect.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. When occurs a crash, open Quality Feedback Agent.
2. Try to send the informations.
Actual Results:
I can't send the informations.
There isn't.
use minefield, use a workaround, or use windbg

This tool is a easy method to send informations of crashes to Mozilla. If there is any difficult of configuration, they will not send. The interest is yours. Thanks.

This tool was not written by Mozilla. Mozilla has switched to a different application, Breakpad, for use in Firefox 3.

our interest is in reports of crashes in current code (minefield) not code that's >2 years old. if you're interested in helping, you have 3 options as i enumerated above.
