Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search this Bugzilla for all bugs filed today and sort by ID
2. Enter bugz in the address bar and select the URL for that bug list (cf. URL)
3. Enter bugz again

Actual result:
The very same URL is offered twice (due to bug 422698 you'll have to copy them into a text editor for comparison).

Expected result:
Only one suggestion per URL.

I have tested this issue on Windows 10 x64 with the latest Firefox release (47.0) and the latest Nightly (50.0a1-20160617030217) and haven't managed to reproduce it.
Using advanced search option in Bugzilla, I've search for all the bugs filed today, sort them by ID, entered a bug from that list, closed the tab and when I've entered the bug address again, only one suggestion has been offered. 

Can you please retest this using the latest Firefox release and the latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E).
