User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008032005 Minefield/3.0b5pre Build Identifier: Norton 360 2.0 is out, and there have been a couple of reports of it not playing nicely with Firefox on the SUMO forum. In addition to the usual "firewall blocks updated Firefox and causes headaches for all," it evidently sometimes detects Firefox as a Screencap/Keylogger program, and blocks it from launching or makes it unstable. It also clears Firefox history without asking. I asked a poster to the forum if he could send me screenshots of the configuration screens so we could write an article on how to set it up properly. He, FotoVizions, quite generously provided both screenshots and his correspondence with Symantec on the issue. I've incorporated his screenshots and his instructions into the article here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Configuring+Norton+360 Many thanks to FotoVizions. Reproducible: Always
