This is not bug, rather suggestion for improvement:
The most frequent action on Download-Manager window is "Cleanup", meaning to remove download-finished entries, and "Open"... these options were existing in past versions as buttons on the right-side of each download element. Using buttons to do these more frequent actions would be better than right-click and select actions from menu. Menu is good way to provide more actions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do 2 or more downloads, and you can see.
