It's confusing, and we removed the build configurator anyway, so we should just get rid of the component. (Or hide it, or whatever.)
Ted and I have moved all of the bugs out of the component (most were invalid or improperly filed, bug 53832 was the one valid bug). I hope there aren't any hidden bugs there that require further triage.
