42556 - Can't type a new url in the location bar when u load a page

Initially when u start the browser you can enter in the URL but after the page 
loads you can't highlight or type in a new URL.
Steps:
1. Launch 2000-06-14-08-M17 for Win32
2. enter in oh lets say http://www.mozilla.org
3. after the page loads attempt to highlight or type in a new URL

Once you have reproduced this you can get rid of it by minimizing the browser, 
but it can get annoying having to do that each time you wanna load a new URL

sounds like bug 42074 to me, which has become the general bug for URL bar 
typing/focus issues.  btw, Alek, I've updated your bugzilla permissions with 
the canconfirm bit.  As a smoketester, you should really have it :)
