42571 - Cannot regain focus to location bar

if you type a location inthe location bar and hit enter the page will load
correctly. However if you try to type a new URL after the first one loads, you
can't get cursor to appear in location area. Strangely if you minimize then
maximize the location bar using the arrow on right the program will work again
for one url. This seems like something similar to a menu stealing bug you had
previously but it is listed as fixed. The problem has only occured on a few of
the latest builds.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.type in url and hit enter

2.wait for page to load
3.attempt to type a new url
