User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9 often I can download a page using save page as function. often it lets me know how many kilobytes or megabytes are in the file and it also shows me the progression bar until it finishes and it tells me how many bytes I have downloaded and received from that web page, other times the download manager tells me nothing. I have to check the file to tell if it is in fact complete. Most often it is but why does the file manager sometimes work right and other times not correctly? This is only about downloading web pages complete in SeaMonkey 1.1.9 but also it was taking place in previous versions. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Save page as 2.no information in the download manager about the download except it shows diagonal bars that continue without ending and no conclusion is provided that the file or rather the page is downloaded completely so I can't be 100 per cent sure. 3.I have to check the page I downloaded and only then can I be certain it is all there. Actual Results: The above URL was one page that when I waited for it to completely load, I used the save page as method in SeaMonkey 1.1.9. The file did complete but gave no indication about file size and progression. Expected Results: The program manager should in my expectation, given me a progression bar and the size of the file and indicate download complete at the end. Love SeaMonkey. Just wondered about this little thing. could I have tried to save page as while an active x controller is running or a file that is perpetually running on the page is running? Could these factor into the events in the file manager in any degree shape or form?
