425861 - Download window doesn't close when download finishes

The download manager (window) does not auto-close when the download completes.  This is very repeatable, though it does not happen on every single download.  I would guess it fails 80% of the time, perhaps.

When the download finishes, the window remains open, but appears blank.  Clicking on the window, or even mousing over it, causes it to close.

I'm running Windows Vista, and of course, in Firefox the "Close it when downloads are finished" box is checked.
