Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the testcase.
2. Select All (Cmd+A).
Result: the 'x' moves slightly.
On http://www.pumpproedits.com/math_mess/mathtest.xhtml, pressing Cmd+A causes the entire table to expand noticeably due to this bug.

Jesse, I'm not seeing this. Both the testcase and the URL render in the same positions, with and without selection. Do you have STIX fonts installed? If not, maybe this issue is tied to a specific font?

FWIW, I don't think I've installed any extra fonts (e.g. for MathML), and Font Book doesn't list STIX as being among my installed fonts.
