reporter (hobbit.makoto), can you still reproduce the bug? If not, please
resolve this bug as worksforme
I'm not sure I understand the steps.
The PC is disconnected from the network. (not offline)
Is the local file in cache, or saved to disk manually?
Summary: No connection to Internet and view html local file then abort → Conn:: No connection to Internet and view html local file then abort

Local file was saved to disk manually, or original file that was FTPed.
