When a download is finish, the popup Downloads Complete is show at the bottom of the screen. But when I click on "All files finished downloading", the download manager will be show quickly and then close itself.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable the option "Close it when all downloads are finished"
2.Download something
3.When the download is done, the download manager will close itself since we enable the option to close it when all downloads are finished.
4.Click on the link "All files finished downloading" in the Popup "Downloads Complete"
Actual Results:  
The download Manager doesn't open itself.

Expected Results:  
When someone click on the link "All files finished downloading" in the Popup "Downloads Complete", the download manager need to be open with or without the option "Close it when all downloads are finished".

I actually *just* checked the fix for this in :)  It'll make the final release of Firefox 3.
