426801 - Check pipnss.properties for possible improvements of unchanged string(s)

Looking through http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/unchanged.html#de I realized we have two strings in pipnss.properties that could possibly be improved:

The first one should have "bits" fixed for capitalization, I'm not sure if there's a German word for the second.

The first one was taken care of. The translation for the second one is: "Unleugbarkeit". I checked, and its practically only used in dictionaries. So a translation wouldn't be of much use. I'm calling this fixed for the firs issue.
