When bug 398478 landed, offline apps were added to the sanitizer. However, the changes were not reflected in browser/modules/Sanitizer.jsm. Changes to either of these files should be reflected in the other.

This doesn't need to land for 1.9, because the patch for bug 397719 won't. But it wouldn't hurt, I guess, since it touches code that isn't used.
