Running under Firefox 3 Beta 4 and JAWS 9.0.552, any attempt to move an element marked with the menu role will result in JAWS announcing "Context Menu" and entering PC mode. Once in PC cursor mode from this route, virtual cursor mode can not be reliably restored without restarting the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached JSP file (was served via a http connection when tested, unsure if the protocol would have any effect)
2. Click/Space/Enter on the test button
Actual Results:
JAWS announces context menu and enters PC cursor mode.

Expected Results:
No announcement is made, JAWS remains in virtual cursor mode.

This is definitely confirmed. However this may be due to an event mis-order we're currently dealing with. Kevin, you may want to CC yourself on bug 422744.

We treat a move as a remove and create. Whenever a menu is created we treat that as a menu becoming visible. Is the menu hidden when you move it? That should be the way to avoid this.

Marco, can you check this one?
OS: Mac OS X → Windows 7
This is definitely still an issue with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 and JAWS 11 (latest update).
