To prepare ActionMonkey to work with the Tamarin Tracing JIT, we need to bring the two systems' representations of JavaScript values closer together, to make the switch go more smoothly.  ActionMonkey's property tree optimization for JavaScript objects is something we don't want to lose, so it should be merged into TT (adapted for AM as described in bug 425818).

At the point this work is carried out, AM will be using TT's MMgc, but nothing else, so this work will be validated using TT's test suite, not by in-browser testing.
